Shipping Charges:

Orders of professional media over $500 (excluding products on Controlled Allocation, audio cassettes, batteries, DVD, CD, media storage, packaging and all VHS) qualify for free UPS Ground Shipping. Shipping time is 2 to 6 business days, if product is in stock and available to ship.

The shipping amount shown on our web site is currently an estimate of what the actual shipping will cost, based on weight and your shipping location. In some cases, especially with two-day or next-day shipping, the actual shipping costs may vary. In these cases we will contact you with the exact shipping charges to get your approval for the total amount before your order is shipped or your credit card is charged.

Payment Terms:

Open account terms are available, pending upon credit approval. To apply for a credit account with us, please ask your sales representative. Processing of your credit application usually takes within 3 to 5 business days.

Upon credit approval, payment shall be net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Media Distributors. All amounts past due shall be subject to a finance charge of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month (18% per annum), or such lesser rate as shall constitute the maximum rate allowable under applicable law. In addition, customer agrees to pay Media Distributors all attorneys fees and court costs reasonably incurred in collecting any past due amounts.

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We do accept debit cards, but recommend first that you inquire as to your bank's debit card policies, because debit card policies regarding how and when funds are credited back to your checking account vary greatly from bank to bank.

Order Minimum: 

Order minimum is $100. A $5 processing fee will be added to any order under $100.

Will-Call / Pickup Orders:

Will call orders must be placed at least two hours ahead of scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise you may have to wait at our facility for your order to be processed.

Returns:

We accept returns only within 90 days from the original date of purchase. You must receive a Return Authorization from us before returning any item(s). All returns must have an R.A. (Return Authorization) number accompany the product being returned. Returned items must be in new, unused, resalable condition and must be returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt, and after inspection of the returned item(s) we will issue a credit to your account or credit card. All credits will be issued only for the exact price you paid for the item(s) returned. A 15% restocking fee will be applied against all credits on non-defective returned merchandise.

The guarantees and warranties with respect to all products sold by Media Distributors are limited to those, if any, provided by the manufacturer of the product.

Media Distributors disclaims all other guarantees, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Media Distributors ever be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or contingent damages.
